For many years now the Kingston Daily Freeman, a purported daily newspaper operating out of the county seat of Ulster County New York, has gotten by on once constant now occasional poor-mouthing about how it just can't afford to actually be a newspaper. Yet it continues to pretend to be one.
To supplement its shallow coverage of local events, where its reporters can hardly be bothered to gather the details of even the more important stories they pretend to cover, the Freeman editors hug the Associated Press wire like it is the most expensive whore at the fancy whorehouse. The editors run one AP story after another, onto and then quickly down the queue of their online platform. But while the AP news wire is neither an expensive whore, let alone the most expensive, nor a fancy whorehouse, it is 19 out of 20 stories Fake News and the poisoned groundwater of Fake News, because it propagates to local and regional markets nationwide.
Thus the Freeman proceeds from Fake News carrier to become a Fake Newspaper. It is obviously run by lazy, uninspired ciphers who lost interest in their jobs a long time ago. In the American language, stupid people, who cater to readers who don't know the difference.
